Find your inner and outer Symmetry…

Symmetry In Motion Pilates and Wellness Studio is an intimate, boutique studio for inner growth and outer transformation. We offer an exclusive experience for the clients we serve by purposely limiting the number of participants per scheduled Pilates session. Each client is thereby able to receive the personalized attention needed based on their history, fitness level, injuries, limitations and goals.

We specialize in focusing on the lifestyle and needs of adults 50 or better to help gain strength, flexibility, mobility, improve posture, and increase overall good health. Owned and operated by Tania Molina who is in her 50’s and has 15+ years of experience in Pilates and Wellness Coaching, Symmetry in Motion offers an intimate boutique atmosphere for a more comfortable and private Pilates experience – the way Pilates was meant to be!

We believe overall wellness involves balance and Living True Health, and therefore we also offer Health & Wellness Coaching  with personalized programs for those that want to explore a deeper symmetry in and out.

Pilates is more than a mere exercise program, or competitive sport, it’s different because it’s safe for your body, yet challenging. It improves your stamina, helps maintain weight, strengthens your immune system and makes you physically stronger and more flexible. Developed in the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer and founder Joseph H. Pilates, Pilates (pronounced puh-LAH-teez) is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. Pilates promotes physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and physical conditions while providing a refreshing and energizing workout.

Come to a sophisticated place for a smart workout….

Pilates is not just an exercise – it is a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind, performed on a specifically designed exercise apparatus. Regardless of your current level of fitness – from sedentary office worker to fitness enthusiast – Pilates can be your primary mode of body conditioning and injury prevention.

The basic principles of Pilates conditioning are to make people more aware of their bodies as single integrated units, to improve alignment and breathing, and to increase efficiency of movement. Unlike other exercise programs, Pilates does not require the mindless repetition of boring exercises that most people tire of quickly and subsequently abandon. Each exercise is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles involved, opening the joints and releasing tension. When combined with our personalized Pilates training sessions and individual coaching instruction, our Pilates experience provides you with the perfect foundation from which to find strength and comfort in your body, so that you can focus on living the rest of your life.

Our equipment is by “Balanced Body” and includes four Reformers, an EXO chair, a Cadillac, the Wunda chair, a Spine Corrector, the High Barrel, the Pedi-Pull, a ballet bar, and various Pilates small “props”.

ATTIRE – Please wear fitted exercise wear so the instructor can visibly see your form. Socks are not required. In consideration of other clients, please refrain from using perfume and lotions when in the studio. For your safety and comfort, please remove jewelry while exercising.

SCHEDULING – We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Sessions are 55 minutes, arriving late will shorten your session. All sessions are by appointment only.
