Pilates Passion is Valentine Fitness Secret

At Symmetry in Motion Pilates we see true love in action everyday. In a place that’s sweeter than chocolate and longer lasting than roses, our clients share health and wellness with their beloved Valentines. These couples constantly tell us how Pilates improves their relationships. We all know when we feel good, look good, and are less stressed, we are capable of being more present in our lives with the ones we love.  Pilates is love in action, taking action on your health, what better gift to those we love.
Most of you know my husband had open heart surgery a few months ago, this experience has made me aware of the amazing job our hearts do, more then ever I understand the importance of exercise in my relationship. Making time as a couple to go for walks, ride a bike, go hiking or stop by for a Pilates class are just a few ways we feed our relationships.
When we feel good, we have more to give others. As we thrive for a healthy lifestyle in all areas of life, fitness, nutrition, spirituality, careers.
We clearly have to see that without our health we have nothing. The world needs more love take care of your heart so we can spread more love.
This month I would like to extend an invitation to all my friends, if you have not had time to come in for a class or are still recuperating from the holidays please take this free week of Pilates during the month of February as my Valentine gift to you. Email me or call me to schedule your gift.

Happy Valentine’s Day to you and your love!
