|Over the past fifteen years Annette Arias has been actively involved in the Pilates community. She has been practicing Pilates since 2000 and began to inquire about a certification in 2004. That’s where her journey began. Her love and passion for health and well-being inspired her to pursue more education. In 2005 she sought out her first Pilates certification. In 2007 she took an interest in Gyrotonic, and then followed it with her Level 1 certification. She loved it so much that she advanced on to Level 2. After four years of progressing thru these methods, Annette decided that she needed more. She then continued with The Pilates Method training in 2010, followed by a TRX Suspension Trainer System qualification in 2012. Annette continues to extend her knowledge to others of the great benefits of all these methods. With that, Annette would like to invite clients to share the same experiences and freedoms that a healthy and active lifestyle can bring.
